For 20 years Paul has been assisting his clients and satisfying their real estate investment needs! From the purchase of a waterfront, 35-unit co-op in Bay Harbor Islands to the closing on a 650 square foot artist 'live-work' loft on Lincoln Road, Paul has been able to negotiate win/win closings where everyone leaves satisfied.
While Paul's main focus is on properties situated along Miami Beach from South of Fifth to Bal Harbour, he has also closed deals on beautiful single-family homes in Coral Gables and Ft. Lauderdale.
Many of his clients are international buyers or snowbirds looking for investment and luxury properties. He also happily works with local buyers and sellers who always go back to Paul because he clearly explains the facts of each transaction and looks out for the best interest of his clients.
With Paul's knowledge of Boston, New York, and Seattle, and his extensive travel experience through the United States, Canada, South America, and Europe, he is able to relate with the many new residents and investors that are coming to the beaches and sunshine to make Miami their new home.
A graduate of Boston College, Paul worked at Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising in New York City, followed by 7 years at Boston University, where he obtained his MBA while creating the Boston University Athletic Department Corporate Sales Office. Once he completed his MBA, he left the snow and headed for the surf and the sun!
Paul enjoys deep-sea fishing, paddleboarding, and marathon running. He successfully completed the Miami Marathon three times, the Miami Half-Marathon four times, and the Ragnar Alafia Swamp Trail Run!
